On 1 October 2016 in city of Kardjali the Leadership and Public Relation Seminar of D-2482 took place. The official opening was by the District Governor – Mr. Dimitar Dimitrov, the Past District Governor – Mrs. Nina Miteva, the president of Rotary Club Kardjali – Mr. Sebahatin Giokche, and the mayor of city of Kardjali Mr. Hasan Azis Ismail.

The seminar was followed by a formal dinner, where the participants celebrated 20 years of Rotary Club Kardjali. The club received special greetings from the District Governor, the Past District Governor, the mayor of Kardjali, as well as from many clubs from Bulgaria and Turkey.
