(Mar 8) Regular Meeting and a Presentation of the CEO of Lufthansa Technik Sofia (+GAL)

The regular meeting of Rotary Club Sofia International was held on 8 March 2017 at the usual venue Hilton Sofia and was presided over by the President Horst Stueer.

Members were advised that there would be no meeting on 15 March 2017 to accommodate the Wine It! event. The annual Wine It! fundraiser takes place on 16 March 2017 at 19:00 in Royal Sofia Club in the National Palace of Culture. The money collected will be for the needs of the day center for children and teenagers with disability “Blagoveshtenie” with Caritas Sofia.

The guest speaker was Mr. Daniel Hoffmann CEO of Lufthansa Technik Sofia. His presentation was well received by the members and outlined the role played by Lufthansa Technik Sofia in the growing and challenging Bulgarian economy.

After the close of the official meeting guests and members continued the fellowship in the Lobby Lounge.
