Rotary Club Sofia International announced on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the Gala Dinner for the celebration of the new Rotarian year the laureates of the Slavyanodeyatel honorary awards for the year 2013 – Mrs. Rumyana Koneva and Mrs. Rada Aleksandrova. The prestigious awards are given for the enrichment and development of the Slavic culture and traditions. The awards are presented on an annual basis to 1 non-Rotary member and 1 Rotary member. The initiative is proposed by the Past President of the Rotaract Club Sofia International – Mr. Dimiter Mandradjiev. The 2013 laureates were awarded by the President of Rotary Club Sofia International, Mr. Michail Sougarev.
