(Jan 24) Donation to Syrian Refugees

Today, Rotary Club Sofia International, led by its mission to help and support the ones in need and organized by the friends from the youth program of our club – the Preliminary-Rotaract Club of Sofia International at the Medical Academy of Sofia donated food, medicine and toys to the main refugee accommodation center in Sofia. The initiative was organized by the young members of a Preliminary-Rotaract club who will soon be officially chartered as a Rotaract club. They collected money amongst themselves and were additionally supported financially by RC Sofia International in order to accomplish this initiative. The donation was under the special supervision and supported by the Chairman of the State Agency for Refugees at the Ministerial Council of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Chirpanliev.
