(Apr 6) Regular Meeting and a Presentation by Vessela Toncheva (+GAL)

On 6 April 2016 Rotary Club Sofia International held a regular meeting and hosted an educating and fascinating presentation by Ms. Vesela Toncheva owner of Star Club Fit & SPA. The meeting started with important announcements about the upcoming presentations and guests we will be hosting. Later on Ms. Toncheva shared with the members and the guests of the club best practices on shaping our bodies for the summer season and on choosing “brainy” foods that help us performing better at work.

After the official part the fellowship continued with drinks and talks till the late hours of the day.

Next meeting on 13 April we will host a Presentation by Theodora Koleva from the Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion, who will also share the progress on the Vocational Training Global Grant our club is executing together with clubs from D-1100 in Rotary GB & Ireland.
