RCSI Donated 9,000 BGN, Collected at the Austrian Charity Evening to SOS Children’s Villages (+GAL)

For a second consecutive year Rotary Club Sofia International donated under its SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria Project BGN 9,000 to assist the Organisation’s activities in Bulgaria. The amount was raised during the Austrian Charity Evening held in the spring of 2011. The Club’s President handed the donation personally to Mr Plamen Stoyanov, Executive Director of SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria.

The Rotarian friends from Rotary Club Sofia International continue to focus their charity programs mainly towards solving problems in the fields of healthcare, education, assisting underprivileged children and elderly people as well as gifted children.

Rotary Club Sofia International is the only club in Bulgaria uniting members from different countries who support charity causes only in favor of Bulgarian communities and people.
