Super Rotary Charity Whisky Tasting Night (+GAL)

Rotary Club Sofia International organized the first ever Whisky Tasting Night, a charity event which aimed to raise funds for a noble medical cause. The event gathered public figures and business representatives at Club MOOD in the center of Sofia (underpass on “Vasil Levski” Boulevard and “Rakovska” street) on the last Friday of November (Nov 25, 2011). Starting at 8:00 PM (20:00 h.) the organizers had prepared a special program including a whisky taster specialist who demonstrated tasting techniques. The event hosted an auction on interesting artefacts that are in connection with the old brands and blends which were tasted on the spot. A charity raffle was also be in favor of all those who wished to check their own luck on the new moon night – 25 November 2011. The special guest of the Whisky Tasting Night was Mrs. Anelia Dosheva – District Governor 2011-2012 of District 2482 (Rotary Bulgaria) of Rotary International.
