Rotary Club Sofia International 5th Annual Puppet Theater Trip for Kids from Social Homes

On Saturday 10 December members of Rotary Club Sofia International, along with friends, organized and supported a day out for 100 children from all the social homes in Sofia. The day began with a breakfast kindly donated by McDonald’s on Slaveikov Square, followed by a walk to the puppet theater on Gurko Street, where all the children thoroughly enjoyed “Who Has Donkey Ears” show. Afterwards, they all received a gift bag of goodies kindly donated by Nestle.

After receiving the bags with presents, the children walked happily back to the buses (escorted by local policemen who had been supervising and managing traffic during the events), waving at everyone who had been with them throughout the morning.

The cost of the puppet theater tickets and the transportation from and to the homes were kindly covered by Porsche Leasing Bulgaria.

RC Sofia International would like to thank all the companies that supported the event for a fifth consecutive year.
