RCSI Representative at the Chartering of RAC Blagoevgrad at the American University in Bulgaria (+GAL)

Rotary Club Sofia International sent one representative at the chartering of the Rotaract Club of Blagoevgrad at the American University in Bulgaria on Saturday, 24 November, 2012. The event was took place in main building of the American University in Bulgaria in Blagoevgrad and welcomed more than 150 guest from District 2482, as well as guests from the University and the loccal municipality. The chartering was organized by Rotary Club Blagoevgrad. The new Rotaract club was greeted by the representative of RCSI, Mr. Dimiter Mandradjiev who delivered a special gift in the form of an invitation for a mutual project of RCSI and the newly chartered RAC on July 6, 2012 in the outskirts of Sofia – the Wild West Day of Rotary Club Sofia International. Club flags were also exchanged. After the official part of the chartering a special surprise for all the guests was organized. Guests were given fire lanterns which they had to let fly away, symbolizing lighting the sky with the star of the newly formed Rotaract club.
