Rotary Club Sofia International together with Rotary Club Sofia Balkan hosted a joint meeting for all the Rotary Clubs in Sofia on March 4, 2013. The guest speaker for the evening was Mr. Plamen Youroukov. The topic of the presentation of Mr. Youroukov was: “The Unapplied Model for Development of Bulgaria”.

Members of the two hosting clubs and the few guests form the other clubs in Sofia enjoyed a very interesting and informative presentation on conservatism. After the presentation a lively questions and answers session followed, which touched on the current events in Bulgaria through the prism of the presented matter.
