Rotary Club Sofia International together with Rotary Club Sofia Balkan hosted a joint meeting for all the Rotary Clubs in Sofia on March 19, 2013. The guest speaker for the evening was Mr. Viktor Bazhenov, Director of the Cultural and Information Center of Russia in Sofia, former Rotarian from Moscow. The topic of the presentation of Mr. Bzhenov was: “Current Status and Perspectives of the Cultural Relations and Exchange between Russia and Bulgaria”.

The members of the two hosting clubs and a few guests from the other clubs enjoyed a very interesting and informative presentation on bilateral Russian-Bulgarian cultural relations. After the presentation a lively questions and answers session followed, which touched on the current events in Bulgaria and Russia through the prism of the presented matter.
