(Jun 25) RC Sofia International with Regular Rotary Meeting 40

Today Rotary Club Sofia International held its 40th regular weekly meeting at the Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia. It was the last meeting for the Rotarian 2014-2015 year. We had the honor to welcome new and regular guests. We also had the pleasure to be visited again by Mr. Ramji Natarajan form RC Madras in India, the second oldest club in India, established in 1929, with 250 active members. We have discussed a possible visit of the members of RC Madras to Bulgaria in October 2014.

The agenda included the announcement of the end of the 7 day period for objections for our 4 member candidates – Mr. Alberto Staykov, Mr. Kiril Stoyanov, Mr. Frank Exner, Ms. Yanitsa Sirakova. As expected there were no objections to their candidacies and they will officially join the Rotarian family on 2 July, 2014 on the handover meeting of the club.
