Fantastic Rotary Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Tasting Night (+GAL)

Rotary Club Sofia International organized the first ever Rotary Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Tasting Night, a charity event which raised funds for a noble cause. The event gathered public figures and business representatives at Club MOOD in the center of Sofia (underpass on “Vasil Levski” Boulevard and “Rakovska” street) on the last Friday of February (Feb 24, 2012). Starting at 7:30 PM (19:30 h.) the organizers had prepared a special program including 3 tasters – 1 sommelier for the wine, 1 taster for the cheese and 1 specialist for the chocolate. Each of them demonstrated tasting techniques for wine, cheese and chocolate. The event also hosted an auction on interesting artefacts that were related to the wine, cheese and chocolate that were tasted on the spot. A charity raffle/lottery was also in favor of all those who wished to test their own luck 1 day after the new moon night – 22 February 2012. The initiative was also the 7th birthday party of Rotary Club Sofia International and offered even more surprises for all out guests.

Special guests of the Whisky Tasting Night were high ranked officers from Rotary Bulgaria.
