Big Success of 2nd Annual Whisky Tasting Charity Night of RC Sofia International (+GAL)

Rotary Club Sofia International is proud to announce that the 2nd Annual Whisky Tasting Charity Night was a big success. The event was held on Friday, 23 Nov., 2012 at Cabaret club in Sofia and gathered more than 140 guests from Rotary, Rotaract, as well as many friends of Rotary. The event’s program consisted of tasting and blending of more than 40 whisky brands and blends as well as an auction and a raffle.

Sponsors and partners of the event with whisky were Maxxium Bulgaria – maxxium.bg, and Avendi Bulgaria – www.avendi-bg.com; with a voucher for the raffle Kempinski-Zografski Hotel and Resorts – www.kempinski.com; sweet deserts prepared by the Slow-cooking utilities CROCK-POT – www.slowcooker.bg; nuts for every guest from AYA company – www.aya.bg; media partnership from Programata – www.programata.bg; multimedia presentations from MULTIVISIA – www.multivizia.com.

The event raised almost 2000 BGN for 3 hours, which will contribute to the DONATION program of RC Sofia International – a program which has solemnly managed to deliver goods, services and products for more than 1,5 mln. BGN for the past 7 years to the communities in need. The organizers were supported by the members of the Preliminary Rotaract Club of Sofia International at Medical Academy – Sofia.
